LAAM Fashion Week (LFW) is a next-generation fashion platform designed to connect Pakistan’s fashion industry with global audiences through a unique integration of runway storytelling and digital commerce. LFW is anchored by LAAM’s powerful e-commerce prowess as Pakistan’s leading digital fashion marketplace, driven by Design 651’s operational and creative leadership.
LFW bridges runway and retail through real-time e-commerce, digital storytelling and integrated logistics. Held bi-annually across varying cities or countries, each edition of LFW brings together manufacturers, high street retailers, luxury brands, and couture houses for a series of curated runway shows presented over multiple days in a single venue.
LFW is built on the premise that creativity and commerce can, and should, coexist. Most looks seen on the LFW runway are made available for purchase on LAAM’s e-commerce platform, turning visibility into accessibility, creating a direct bridge between fashion collections and a global consumer base. This digital-first model offers designers and brands a powerful opportunity to scale beyond borders while remaining rooted in the region’s craft heritage. Indeed, through LAAM’s tech infrastructure, Pakistani fashion becomes not only visible to the world, but deliverable.
Co-created by LAAM and Design651, LFW is not simply an event but a long-term platform to activate the entire fashion ecosystem. It serves as a business development engine for the wider fashion ecosystem, a cultural and creative showcase for the region and a retail channel for growth and visibility.
The platform’s strategic objectives include enabling business development, integrating fashion and technology, expanding international market access, strengthening industry infrastructure, and fostering cross-sector collaboration. With no fixed geographic location, LFW is designed to be flexible, scalable and globally relevant, positioning Pakistan and South Asia as serious players in the global fashion economy.
LAAM Fashion Week (LFW) is a new kind of fashion platform for Pakistan’s fashion industry, designed to unite creativity and commerce. Co-created by LAAM, Pakistan’s largest digital fashion retail platform, and Design651, a strategic management company, LFW transforms high-impact runway storytelling into instant shoppable experiences. Through a dedicated LFW website and the LAAM app, every look on the runway will be available for purchase by customers around the globe. This approach solves one of the industry’s biggest challenges: translating runway visibility into global retail access with scalability. LFW, which is set to debut in Lahore in the first quarter of 2026, aims to empower Pakistani designers to scale internationally, foster interconnected creative industries, and bring South Asian craft heritage to global consumers through digital innovation.
